“Carlos Danger” cocktail, from Buttermilk Channel
- 2oz. of mezcal
- ½oz of grapefruit juice (I used fresh squeezed ruby red)
- ½oz of honey syrup (or simple syrup)
- ½oz. of lime juice, freshly squeezed
It is shaken and served with grapefruit zest and a sugar rim, “and then we shoot a little bit of Campari on top to give it a little red effect.” ~ Richard Murphy, manager of Buttermilk Channel in Brooklyn.
